Beef Stew










Ingredients:

Beef ½kg
Onion sliced 5
Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Red button chillies 8-9
Cumin ½ teaspoon
Cinnamon sticks 2
Black cardamom 2
Cloves 3-4
Black peppercorn 6-7
Bay leaves 2
Crushed red chilli's 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Green chilli 4-5
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt as required
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
Cooking oil 1 cup
Ginger julliene ( for garnish)
Green coriander (for garnish)

Method:

-In a pan heat oil , add cinnamon, bay leaves, black cardamom, black peppercorn, button red chillies, cloves and saute for 5 minutes when aroma comes add sliced onion and mix well. 
-When onion color turn into transculant color then add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-Add beef and mix well.
-Add turmeric powder,coriander powder , crushed red chillie, cumin, salt and mix well.
-Now add beef and give a good mix
-Add 3 cups water, cover the lid and cook until beef is tender on low flame.
-Then add whisked yogurt, garam masala powder mix well and cook for 5 minutes
-When oil serprate, Garnish with green chillies, 

Beef Stew is ready to serve..
