 Prawn Tempura




Ingredients;

Tempura Batter: 

    
     Prawns 300g
    
     Cornflour 2 tbsp

     Flour 1 cup
 
     Egg 1 

     Black pepper 1/2 tsp

     Salt according to your taste

     Cold soda water 1 cup
    
     Cornflour for coating
  
     Chicken powder 1/2 tsp

     Oil for frying


Method
      

In a bowl add flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper chicken powder and mix well. Add egg and mix well. Add  soda water and mix gradually. 

Coat prawns into corn flour then dip in to a prepared mixture 

In a pan add oil and heat it then fry the prawns.

Fry till prawns become light golden

Serve with sauce of your choice.
