Kofta Curry.
Ingredients
For mince balls (kofta balls)
Beef mince ½ kg
Green chillies 7-8
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Cumin seed 1 teaspoon
Crushed red chillie 1 teaspoon
Salt as required
All spice powder 1 teaspoon
Gram flour 2 tablespoon
Fresh coriander 2 tablespoon
Water half cup
Cooking oil 3 tablespoon
For Gravy:
Onion paste (blended) 4
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin seed 1 teaspoon
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
Cooking oil 1 cup
Fresh coriander
Green chillies 6-7
All spice powder ½ teaspoon
Water 1-2 cup
Method:
-In a chopper add beef mince,green chillies, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, crushed red chillie,salt,gram flour,all spice powder,coriander leaves and chop it well until well combine and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
-Now grease your hands with oil and make meat balls of equal size.
-In a pan add these meat balls add water and oil and cook on low flame until meat balls is tender and cover the lid(approx 20 minutes)
-In a wok heat oil,add blended onion paste and cook for 5 minutes when the paste color turn golden brown add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
-Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, red chillie powder,salt and mix well.
-Add whisked yogurt and mix well.
-Add water and cook for 2 minutes. Now add prepared meat balls cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
-Add green chillies, fresh coriander, and All spice powder and cover the lid cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Kofta Curry is ready to serve.
