Mango Ice-Cream:
Ingredients:
Fresh milk 1 liter
Mango cubes 500gram
Sugar 4-5 tablespoon
Whipping cream 400gram
Condensed milk half cup
Corn flour 2 tablespoon.
Yellow food color 2 pinch
Method
-In a wok add milk, sugar, food colour and bring it to boil then add corn flour (dissolved in water) and mix well.
-Cook on low flame and stir continuosly until consistency become thick.Turn of the flame and set aside.
-In a blender add mangoes, make a mango puree and set aside.
-In a bowl add whipping cream and beat well with the help of beater.
-Then add prepared milk mixture and mix smoothly.
-Add condensed milk, mango puree and fold gently.
-Then pour this mixture on ice cream mold.
-And freeze for over night.
-Mango ice cream is ready to serve
