Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients

Chicken stock 7-8 cups
Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cups
Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
Chicken powder 1 teaspoon
Boiled sweet Corn 1 cup
Corn flour 6 tablespoon
Water 1 cup
Egg whites 3
Soya sauce to taste
Chillie to taste
Vinegar to taste
Green chillies 4-5
(Cut green chillies and add in vinegar)
Salt as required
 

Method:

-In a wok add chicken stock cook for 10 mins until it become boil then add boiled and shredded chicken and mix well.
-Add sweet corn and cook for 5 minutes.
-Add cornflour (dissolved in water) mix gradually.
-Cook on low flame until desired thickness.
-Add black pepper powder,chicken powder,salt and mix well.
-In a bowl separate egg whites and whisk well.
-Now add egg whites and stir continuously.
-Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.


Chicken corn soup is ready, Serve with soya sauce, chillie sauce and green chillie vinegar.
