Chicken Khao suey


Ingredients

For gram flour curry

Gram flour 1 cup
Garlic cloves 7-8
Curry leaves 10
Yogurt ¾ cup
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Green chillies 6
Water as required
Salt as required

For chicken curry

Chicken boneless 500gram
Onion sliced 2
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon
Red chillie powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Tomato 3
Green chillie paste 2 tablespoon
Yogurt 2 tablespoon
Salt as required 

Assembling:

1) Boiled spaghetti
2) French fries
3)Prepared Gram flour curry.
4)Prepared chicken curry.
5)Boiled eggs.

Method:

For gram flour curry

In a grinder add garlic cloves, ginger, turmeric powder,cumin seeds,green chillies,yogurt,gram flour,salt and grind it well and put aside 
-In a pan add cooking oil then add curry leaves when aroma comes add prepared mixture, add water and mix well cook on high flame until it boils, then cook on low flame.
-Stir gradually when the consistency of curry become thick take off flame and set aside.

For chicken curry

-In a pan heat oil, add  onion and cook for 5 minutes,add chicken until it change color.
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-Now add cumin seeds, red chillie powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and mix well.
-Add tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes.
-When tomatoes become soft add yogurt  and mix well cook until oil separate and set aside.


For Spaghetti:

Spaghetti 1 packet
(In a wok add water, salt ,oil and bring it to boil then add spaghetti and mix.When spaghetti is cooked strain out, pour chilled water into spaghetti and set aside)

French fries.

Cut potatoes in fries shape dip in chilled water for 10 minutes. Then strain and add 2 tablespoon of cornflour and mix well.Now deep fry these potato fries and set aside.

In a serving dish add boiled spaghetti, gram flour curry, chicken curry, sliced onion, french fries, lemon juice and boiled eggs.

Chicken khao suey is ready to serve.
