Alfredo Pasta


 Ingredients:

Pasta strips 300g

Water for boiling

Cold water as required

For grilled chicken:

Chicken fillet 2

Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon

Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon

Salt as required

Oregano leaves ( dried) 1 teaspoon

Cooking oil 1 tablespoon

Chicken powder 1 teaspoon ( optional)

Lemon juice ½ tea spoon

For Alfredo sauce;

Butter 2 tablespoon

Milk 2 cup

Cream 1 cup

Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon

Salt as required

Chicken powder half teaspoon

Cooking oil 1 tablespoon

Chopped garlic 1 tablespoon

White pepper 1 teaspoon

Mushroom sliced

Fresh parsely

Method:

In a pot,add water and bring it to boil.

Add pasta strips alfredo, boil for 5-7 minutes then strain and rinse with tap water & set aside.

For preparing Grilled Chicken

In a bowl,add ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,cooking oil,black pepper powder,oregano leaves,chicken powder,salt and mix well.

Add chicken fillets and mix well,marinate for 15 minutes.

Grease iron grill pan with oil,place marinated chicken fillets and grill on low flame until done ( each side require 5 minutes).

Then cut prepared  chicken fillet in to cubes and set aside.

Prepare Alfredo Sauce:

In a pan add butter,olive oil and let it melt then add chopped garlic and fry until light golden brown.

Add mushrooms and saute for 2 to 3minutes then add cream and mix well. 

Add black pepper crushed,white pepper powder,dried oregano,chicken powder, salt,and milk whisk well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add cheddar cheese & mix well until cheese melts when the consistency become thicker add grilled chicken cubes,fresh parsley and mix well cook for 2 minutes

Then add boiled Alfredo pasta and mix well.

Sprinkle fresh parsley. 

Alfredo pasta is ready to serve.
