How to make restaurant style singaporean rice at home

Singaporean Rice



Ingredients

For chicken marination

Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
Yogurt ½ cup
Red chillie powder ½ teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Salt as required
Turmeric ½ teaspoon
Chicken tikka masala 2 tablespoon
Lemon juice ½ tablespoon
Green chilli paste 1 teaspoon
Cooking oil half cup

For spaghettis

Spaghettie 1 packet
Water as required
Chopper garlic 1 table spoon
Cabbage 1 cup
Carrot 1 cup
Capsicum 1 cup
Spring onion 1 cup
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
Chillie sauce 1 tablespoon
Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Crushed red chillie ½ teaspoon
Salt as required
Cooking oil

For Sauce

Ketchup ½ cup 
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Hot sauce 2 tablespoon
Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Red chillie powder 1 teaspoon
Salt as required

For rice 

Sella or (basmati rice) 400grams
Water as required
Salt as required

For Tadka

Cooking oil 4 tablespoon
Green chillies 7-8
Garlic cloves 5-6

Method:

For sauce

In a blender add mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar,red chillie powder, salt and blend it well and set aside.

For chicken and spaghettie.

In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, tikka masala,turmeric,salt,ginger garlic paste red chillie powder,lemon juice,green chillie paste and mix well.

Cover the lid and marinate for 1 hour.
In a frying pan heat oil, then add marinated chicken and cook well for 15 minutes and set aside.

In a wok add water salt and cooking oil and bring it to boil then add spaghettis and mix well when spaghettis cook strain out and set aside.

In a frying pan heat oil,add chopped garlic and saute well when garlic turn golden add carrots,capsicum,cabbage and cook on high flame for 5 minutes and mix well.

Add soya sauce,chillie sauce,vinegar,crushed red chillie, salt,black pepper powder and mix well then add spring onion and cook for 5 minutes.

Then add boiled spaghettis, prepared chicken and give a good mix.

For tadka

In a frying pan add chopperld garlic and green chillie and fry for 5 minutes.

Assemblings

In a platter add prepared boiled rice, then add chicken spaghettie mixture and drizzle prepared sauce. In last add prepared tadka.


Restaurant style Singaporean rice is ready to serve..
