Fried rice with Chicken Manchurian



Ingredients:

For marination

Chicken boneless cubes 1 kg

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Crushed red chillie 1 tsp

Salt according to your taste

Soya sauce ½ tbs

Vinegar ½ tbs

Cornflour ¼ cup

Flour 2 tbs

Egg 1

Cooking oil for frying


For Manchurian sauce:

Chopped garlic 1 tbsp

Oil 4 tbsp

Onion ( cut into cubic peices) 1

Capsicum 1

Carrot 1

Soya sauce 1 tbs

Vinegar 1 tbs

Chillie sauce 1 tbs

Sugar 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Ketchup 1 cup

Red chillie flakes 1 tbsp

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Chicken stock 1 cup

Chicken powder 1 tspn

Cornflour 2 tbsp

Water 2 tbsp


For Scrambled Egg:

Egg 5

Salt to taste

Food color 1 pinch


For Fried Rice:

Boiled Rice ½ kg

Cabbage ¼ cup

Carrot ¼ cup

Capsicum ¼cup

Spring onion ¼ cup

Oil 3 tbsp

Chopped garlic 1 tspn

Soya sauce 1 tbsp

Vinegar 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder  1 tsp

Chicken powder 1 tsp

Scrambled eggs


Method:

For Marinating chicken

In a bowl add chicken cubes,egg, salt , black pepper , crushed red chillie, flour, cornflour, soya sauce vinegar mix well and marinate for 3 minutes

In a frying pan heat oil , then fry marinated chicken until color of chicken is golden brown strain chicken cubes and set aside

For Manchurian Sauce:

In a pan heat oil, add garlic cook for 5 min when the garlic turns light golden then add onion amd saute well

Then add carrots, capsicum, and cook on high flame for 5 minutes then add salt black pepper ketchup ,sugar soya sauce vinegar, chillie sauce, crushed red chillie, black pepper powder and cook for 2-3 minutes

Add chicken stock ,then add cornflour dissolved in water and bring it to boil and cook for 5-10 minutes when the consistency become thickend then add fried chicken cubes and coat well in manchurian sauce and take off the flame.

For Scrambled Eggs:

In a bowl add eggs, salt, black pepper powder,food color and whisk well.

In a frying pan heat oil,pour egg mixture scambled the egg until fully cooked take off flame and set aside.

For Fried Rice:

In a wok heat oil, add chopped garlic and saute well then add cabbage, carrots, capsicum cook on high flame for 5 minutes. Then add soya sauce, vinegar, chicken powder, salt mix well and cook for 2-3  minutes

Add boiled rice, spring onion scrambled eggs then mix well and cover the lid and cook for 5 mintues.

Fried rice with Chicken Manchurian is ready to serve..
